Free Countywide Electronics Collection Event

Saturday, May 15, 8 am to 2 pm. Monroe County residents can dispose of their personal electronic devices free this weekend. The Waste Authority’s event will take place at the Military Recycling Center near Shaffer Schoolhouse Road in Stroudsburg. Proof of residency will be required. Maximum 4 devices per household. Accepting computers, monitors, TVs, networking devices, printers, power supplies, wire, cabling, hardware, and peripherals. If you are unable to make this event, you can always bring your electronics to the Monroe County Waste Authority Blakeslee Office at 183 Commercial Boulevard in Blakeslee, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am until 4 pm. There is no charge to recycle electronics and only Monroe County residents can drop off electronics. For a list of acceptable items visit https://thewasteauthority.com/electronic-recycling-program/.
